The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members are expected to attend the office on their Team Day plus two additional days (i.e. 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remotely).

Primary Responsibilities Include

Product Designer is crucial in the development of products, ensuring they meet the needs of users while aligning with business goals. The responsibilities of a Product Designer can vary based on the industry, company, and specific project requirements, but here are common responsibilities associated.

User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience. Use various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.

Ideation and Conceptualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for product features and improvements. Translate concepts into tangible design solutions.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on the product's design and functionality. Analyze testing results and make iterative improvements based on user insights.

Product Launch: Support product launches by providing design assets, documentation, and assistance during the implementation phase. Address design-related issues that may arise post-launch.

Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members, users, and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
